Job summary

Eastside Medical Center in Tucker, GA seeks an Ultrasound Tech for the Vascular Department to operate ultrasound equipment and perform diagnostic exams according to established standards. The role requires ARDMS/ARRT registry eligibility, BCLS on hire, and an approved sonography program.

Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.

Qualifications:

Education

• an approved CAAHEP Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or an approved Sonography Program by the ARRT. Required or

Work Experience

• No experience required Required
• 1 year of experience Preferred

• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
