Job summary

Eastside Medical Center in Norcross, GA, is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for the Vascular Department to perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound exams and assist with routine invasive procedures. The role requires knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pediatric through geriatric patient care.

Qualifications

• ARDMS/ARRT registry eligible required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire required
• (BR) ARDMS or ARRT - Breast Sonography licensure can be met with ARRT (BS)

Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.

Qualifications:

Education

• an approved CAAHEP Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or an approved Sonography Program by the ARRT. Required or

Work Experience

• No experience required Required
• 1 year of experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications
