Job summary

The candidate will drive safety, training collaborations with educational partners, and effective communication with physicians and departments to optimize radiology operations across the health system.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of radiology experience.
• Licensed radiology technologist with ARDMS in OB-Gyn, Abdomen, and Vascular.
• BLS Certification.
• Knowledge of HR processes and UC policies.
• Leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 10–20 technologists and support staff.
• Participate in hiring and organize workflow and schedules.
• Monitor productivity and quality initiatives across radiology services.
• Ensure 24/7 inpatient/outpatient coverage and safety compliance.
• Mentor staff and coordinate training with affiliated colleges.
