Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking a Radiology Manager to oversee Interventional and Neuro-Interventional imaging across UCSF facilities. The role coordinates departments, ensures 24/7 coverage, and supports staffing and workflow across Mount Zion, Parnassus, and Mission Bay campuses.

The position requires 3–5 years of radiology management experience, California CRT, and ARRT advanced certification, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive patient-centered imaging excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years previous Radiology management or supervisory experience in acute care setting.
• Current licensure or certification as required by the state for Radiology professionals (CRT).
• Requires ARRT and Advanced Level Certification.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; prioritization abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within UCSF Radiology enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Interventional and Neuro-Interventional imaging procedures across UCSF enterprise.
• Coordinate multiple departments and locations within medical centers and imaging centers.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Hire new employees and cross-train staff; organize workflow and schedules.
• Maintain image quality and patient safety; collaborate with stakeholders.
