Job summary

Universal Health Services, Temecula Valley Hospital, seeks an Imaging Clinical Supervisor for Ultrasound to oversee daily operations, schedules, and quality control. The role ensures regulatory compliance, staff development, and exceptional patient care.

The position also directs the vascular imaging lab and maintains IAC accreditation readiness. The candidate should have radiologic technology education, an approved degree, and at least two years of supervisory experience in an acute care

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology.
• Two years of supervisory experience in an acute care hospital imaging department.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight and leadership for Ultrasound technologists.
• Manages staffing schedules and supports daily care delivery.
• Maintains RIS, PACS and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Supports onboarding, training, and competency development.
• Oversees departmental operations and QA documentation.
• Directs vascular imaging lab as Technical Director and supports IAC accreditation.
