Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance reviews, collaboration with physicians and nurses, and maintaining equipment and patient records. ARDMS certification and strong communication are essential for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an AMA-approved ultrasound technology program.
• ARDMS certification or eligible; CPR certified.
• 4+ years clinical ultrasound experience with supervisory exposure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises assigned personnel including evaluations, scheduling, orientation and training.
• Oversees budgeting for the areas managed and resource allocation.
• Coordinates task assignments for efficient use of resources.
• Ensures high-quality ultrasound imaging and patient safety.
• Maintains equipment, adheres to policies, and ensures regulatory compliance.
