Job summary

Chase is seeking a dynamic Travel Designer to curate luxurious, one-of-a-kind journeys for ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will design and manage end-to-end experiences for a discerning clientele, coordinating air, private villas, yachts, private staff, and bespoke experiences while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

You will collaborate with a tight-knit PCS team, building long-term relationships and ensuring seamless experiences from consultation through post-trip follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years designing luxury travel for high-net-worth clients or related hospitality experience.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools; tech-savvy.
• Extensive personal travel experience and strong cultural curiosity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; polished on calls and emails.
• Ability to manage a high-volume inbox and complex calendar without errors.
• Grace under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to be available beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Consult deeply with members to understand preferences and exceed expectations.
• Builds bespoke itineraries including air, hotels, yachts, cruises, and private services.
• Act as dedicated contact for a select member group, nurturing long-term relationships.
• Manage all financials of trips: invoicing, vendor payments, budgeting.
• Leverage partner relationships for preferred rates and exclusive access.
• Provide white-glove support from planning to post-trip follow-up.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and stay ahead of trends.
