Job summary

DC Global Talent Inc. is recruiting for a rare second-in-command role at a Forbes and Michelin ultra-luxury resort in Florida.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations and the guest experience at one of the most exclusive properties in the United States. You will lead a high-caliber leadership team, focusing on rooms and guest services, while ensuring Forbes 5-Star standards are upheld in a remote, boat-access-only island environment.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience at a luxury boutique or remote resort property.
• Strong rooms background essential.
• Experience with Forbes 5-Star or ultra-luxury standards highly desirable.
• Exceptional guest-facing skills for highly personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational second-in-command to the Managing Director.
• Own the guest experience across all touchpoints.
• Oversee day-to-day resort operations with focus on rooms and guest services.
• Lead, develop and inspire the leadership team.
• Manage operational complexities of a remote island environment.
• Foster guest loyalty and drive repeat visits.
