Related Management Company seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of a premier ultra-luxury condominium in West Palm Beach. The role partners with the General Manager to ensure five-star service across concierge, security, valet, dining, and amenities, while supervising staff and maintaining exceptional resident relations.

The candidate should have 3+ years in luxury operations, a High School Diploma (degree preferred), and a Florida CAM license or plan to obtain it

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position; minimum 3 years in ultra-luxury, high-rise, or hospitality-driven residential environments preferred.
• High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Active Florida CAM license required or candidates with luxury hotel experience who must obtain CAM within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of property and amenities, ensuring five‑star service and security coordination.
• Develop and update policies to run operations smoothly with a five‑star standard.
• Coordinate with management to maintain resident privacy, timely responses, and professional appearance.
• Lead and develop on‑site staff; ensure onboarding and ongoing training aligns with Related Management Company standards.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and capital-improvement recommendations to enhance resident experiences.
• Prepare minutes for board meetings and support board agendas and packets.
