Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the UKG Workforce Management platform and related systems. You will configure, maintain, and monitor UKG, while partnering with HR, Manufacturing, Legal, and Finance to troubleshoot and refine processes.

You will gather requirements, assist with data integrations to Workday, and contribute to semi-annual SaaS release activities, ensuring security and data protection standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related role.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting timekeeping or attendance systems, with UKG preferred.
• Foundational understanding of UKG Workforce Management capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with systems integrators, vendors, or IT outsourcers.

Responsibilities

• Support daily configuration, system maintenance, and monitoring of the UKG platform.
• Provide second-level end-user support for pay rules, schedules, and attendance workflows.
• Support UKG Ad Hoc Reports, Dataviews, and related reporting needs.
• Assist with time clock hardware troubleshooting and firmware updates.
• Assist integrations between UKG and Workday; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Contribute to release preparation and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Maintain process documentation and change-management artifacts.
• Gather business requirements and communicate with IT teams and leadership.
• Stay current with UKG capabilities and related workforce-management tech.
