Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and paid experience.
• 2+ years of experience in UKG or similar payroll/HCM systems.
• Experience configuring timekeeping, payroll, HR integrations, and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG modules (timekeeping, payroll, HR integrations).
• Manage pay policies, leave rules, and employment terms for compliance.
• Design, test, and deploy system enhancements and updates.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and integration failures.
