Job summary

Seaboard Triumph Foods is seeking a Payroll & Accounting Systems Analyst to administer and optimize the UKG payroll system and related payroll technologies. You will ensure data integrity, accuracy of gross-to-net calculations, and compliance through hands-on configuration, testing, and audit oversight.

You will review user access across JD Edwards, AS400, and Carlisle, support finance and HR teams, and lead system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Administer UKG payroll system configurations and updates
• Perform payroll processing tests and validate gross-to-net calculations
• Audit payroll changes and maintain audit reports for compliance
• Review and monitor user access to JDE and other enterprise systems
• Manage G/L setup and mapping between payroll system and ERP (JDE)
• Develop and maintain payroll and audit reports
• Provide training and support to end users on payroll systems
• Partner with HR, Finance and IT to improve payroll processes and system functionality
