Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking an Applications Analyst - IT Applications for a 12-month temporary assignment. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, configuring UKG Pro (Kronos) modules, and testing solutions for Stores Workforce Management in a specialty retail environment.

The analyst will design solutions, configure and verify timekeeping, payroll, leaves, and attestation, and provide end-user guidance and reporting within the UKG Pro platform.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to work with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents, and finalizes business and compliance requirements related to the implementation of timekeeping and related modules in a specialty retail environment.
• Provides expert working knowledge of module configuration within the workstream functions and makes recommendations for design.
• Configures and implements application modules according to approved requirements/design.
• Tests UKG Pro application and integrations, and provides testing support to others, including business users.
• Documents and defines integrations needed for business requirements.
• Reviews release notes for impact to existing designs and works newfound functionality into designs.
• Creates and maintains reports within UKG Pro platform.
• Understands key concepts in the person import and business structure integrations to resolve module issues related to those areas.
• Provides support, troubleshooting and guidance to end-users. Takes common issues and develops recommendations for improving the application and end-user experience.
• Provide status and assists with status report creation.
