Triune Infomatics Inc is seeking a UKG Systems Administrator to administer UKG Pro WFM,Absence, Leave, and Advanced Scheduling in a 24/7 healthcare environment. You will work with payroll, HR, clinical, and IT teams to ensure accurate timekeeping and staffing, while implementing reliable integrations and robust reporting.
The role emphasizes configuration of labor rules, open shifts, and scheduling rules, with a focus on data quality and security.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UKG Pro WFM administration or support in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with timekeeping, absence and leave management, attendance policies, and pay rules.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing rules and 24/7 scheduling environments.
- Familiarity with UKG integration tools and data quality controls.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support UKG Pro WFM and related modules in a healthcare setting.
- Configure labor rules, staffing rules, and self-scheduling workflows.
- Partner with payroll, HR, clinical, and IT teams to improve reports and workflows.
- Coordinate testing and upgrades, troubleshoot integrations, and document changes.
