Position-1

Role: UKG WFM Pro Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Washington, D.C (Dayone Onsite - Need Locals OR Nearby States)
Duration: Contract

Key Skills & Job Description:

• Completed UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management) Certification and UKG Boomi Certification
• Minimum 8+ years industry experience in working with UKG WFM (Workforce Management)
• Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support.
• Should interact and gather requirements from the business.
• Strong configuration knowledge on various UKG modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
• Possess in-depth experience in Interface Development.
• Developing and testing the configurations in Pro WFM (Workforce Management).
• Must have experience in UKG Boomi Components, Connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations; Experience in creating data views.
• Knowledge on creating Cross reference tables.
• Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, and/or services to enhance clients' operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor communication styles to the audience.

Position-2

Role: Workforce Consultant UKG Telestaff
Location: Wilmington, DE / Washington, D.C / Dallas, TX / Jersey City, NJ (Onsite Only)
Duration: Contract

Key Skills & Job Description:

• Minimum 6+ years industry experience in working with UKG Telestaff and Pro WFM (Workforce Management)
• Client-facing and full end-to-end project experience, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Configure complex scheduling requirements in Telestaff.
• Create and manage overtime and absences in Telestaff.
• Configure notifications and build/run reports in Telestaff as per business requirements.
• Developing and testing the configurations.
• Build Telestaff integrations with Pro WFM (Workforce Management) and third parties.
• Interact and gather requirements from the business.
• Exposure to configuring UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management) modules.
