Job Description:

Client is seeking a UKG WFM Pro Techno-Functional Consultant with proven expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management and Boomi integration, to lead implementations, configurations, and enhancements of workforce systems onsite in Washington, D.C.

• Lead full-cycle UKG WFM Pro implementations and configurations.
• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure UKG modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
• Develop and test UKG configurations; create interfaces and integrations using Boomi.
• Build cross-reference tables, views, and transformations as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering thought leadership and best practices to improve processes and systems.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• UKG Pro WFM and UKG Boomi certifications.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management.
• Expertise in UKG Boomi components, connectors, mapping, and interface development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
