Job description

Title: Senior UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Applications Specialist
Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000
Relocation Available

Focus: The Senior UKG Pro Workforce Management Applications Specialist is responsible for the configuration, integration development, implementation, and on-going support of UKG Pro WFM. Primary responsibility will be configuring the system to enable pay policies for multiple employee groups and collective bargaining units to ensure employees are paid accurately. Additional responsibility includes developing integration between WFM and other systems including Workday HCM.

Senior UKG Pro WFM Applications Specialist Essential Job Functions:

• Perform analysis and document requirements for business and site-specific time tracking and pay policies to be compliant with collective bargaining unit agreements and Olin policies.
• Interact with multiple departments, locations, and business process owners to evaluate and determine most efficient use of UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions application to support strategic business and division objectives.
• Configure UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions to meet the requirements, advise on scenario-based testing and manage software configuration lifecycle to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Assist with complex WFM troubleshooting and support requests.
• Design UKG Pro WFM Access Profiles (FAP/Display Profiles/etc.) and implement to ensure secure access.
• Work closely with Internal Auditing providing requested information annually.
• Assist location support individuals with the installation of clock hardware, software, and configuration for all Olin domestic and international locations using UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions.

Senior UKG Pro WFM Applications Specialist Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree* preferred.
• Minimum 7 years' of configuration and analysis experience working on UKG/Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions) applications.
• Must have solid understanding of business process, especially those related to Payroll, scheduling, work rules/pay rules, and attendance.
• Expert-level configuration experience with the following UKG Pro WFM components: Timekeeping, Accruals, and Scheduling. Configuration experience in Attendance and Attestation preferred.
• Experience with Middleware configuration/development required; Experience with Dell Boomi preferred.
• Must be able to interact and consult effectively and professionally with internal and external customers, including all levels of management.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to prepare various analyses, reports and special requests. Must be customer oriented and excellent collaborating within a team.
• Must exhibit initiative, be able to multi-task, manage priorities, be a self-starter, work well under pressure, and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Minimal travel may be required to support upgrades, training, and implementations.
