Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL is seeking an Application Engineer to support UKG WFM Pro and UKG Workforce Central timekeeping and analytics. You will define, configure, develop, test, and maintain UKG solutions and related interfaces, while collaborating with business partners and IT teams.

Responsibilities include 24x7 on-call support, requirements gathering, documentation, and production lifecycle modifications.

Qualifications

3+ years configuring and supporting UKG Pro WFM, and Workforce Central 8.0 or higher.
3+ years configuring UKG Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting.
3+ years configuring UKG Timeclocks within UKG Pro WFM.
Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/IT/Business preferred.
Strong analytical, testing, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day system operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis in a 24x7 environment.
Collaborate with partners to design, configure, test, and deploy UKG-based solutions with vendors and IT teams.
Gather requirements, document specs, and support change management for UKG modules and timekeeping systems.
Support on-call rotation and ensure timely incident resolutions and root-cause analyses.
