Qualifications

• Knowledge of Timekeeper
• Knowledge of Accruals
• Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler and/or Forecaster
• 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central and/or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
• Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler
• Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements and delivering design and solution to client

Responsibilities

• Being able to develop a design from detailed requirements and build the delivery solution for the client
• Provide support after delivery for the implemented solution
• Interact with business users and client management with excellent consultative and communication skills
• Work in complex technology environments requiring multi-product solutions and legacy system integration

Job Description

• 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central and/or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
• Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler
• Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support.
• This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
• Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems
