Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Lead Consultant to support UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations. You will lead discovery, gather requirements, configure solutions, and support testing and go-live for our clients.

The role requires strong project management and client communication skills, with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously across client teams. A collaborative, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UKG Workforce Management experience.
• Experience with UKG implementation methodology.
• Experience with joint UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet client deliverables during software implementations.
• Ability to lead all implementation phases from discovery to deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Consultant for UKG Pro WFM implementations.
• Lead client discovery sessions and document requirements.
• Collaborate to configure and test client solution.
• Lead solution development and reviews.
• Provide quality control over build and unit testing.
• Develop test strategy and test cases.
• Manage delivery risk and mitigation strategies.
• Support clients through UAT, deployment and go-live.
• Work with UKG Pro consultants on joint implementations.
• Engage cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Conduct UKG WFM assessments and provide best practices.
