Montefiore Nyack Hospital is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to act as the Payroll Manager's primary operational partner and technical payroll SME. You will ensure accuracy and compliance across payroll data, audits, and integrations, with strong Workday Payroll and UKG Kronos experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in payroll, 3+ years with Workday, advanced Excel skills, and healthcare payroll exposure. This role is based in New City, NY, with day shifts and standard weekdays.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred; Associate degree with equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive payroll experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of Workday Payroll experience.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management (UKG/Kronos) timekeeping.
• Experience processing high-volume payroll in healthcare or similarly complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and payroll compliance.
• Experience auditing payroll, reconciling payroll results, and troubleshooting payroll systems.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Healthcare payroll experience, union payroll administration experience, Workday or UKG experience preferred.

• Support all aspects of payroll operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Balance timekeeping data and audit payroll calculations.
• Validate payroll integrations and lead payroll quality assurance initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday Payroll and UKG Kronos systems.
• Support union payroll administration and respond to payroll-related issues.
