Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Scheduling Analyst-UKG to optimize workforce scheduling across the health system. You will work with nursing leadership, operations, HR, payroll, and IT to design, maintain, and support scheduling workflows and systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience with healthcare scheduling, a BA/BS (preferred) or HS diploma, and strong analytical and communication skills to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling systems in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
• Strong communication with nursing, operations, HR, payroll, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support scheduling system functionality in a healthcare environment.
• Analyze scheduling workflows and recommend improvements and automation.
• Support schedule builds, templates, rotations, self-scheduling, and staffing configurations.
• Maintain pay rules, scheduling rules, staffing matrices, and labor configurations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and leaders during upgrades, testing, and implementations.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with staffing policies and labor standards.
• Serve as a consultative partner to leadership on scheduling best practices.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Document workflows and configuration standards.
