Responsibilities

• Scheduling Support & Optimization: maintain and support scheduling system functionality; analyze workflows and optimize staffing.
• Operational Partnership: collaborate with nursing and operational leadership on workforce scheduling practices.
• Reporting & Analytics: develop dashboards and monitor data integrity for workforce analytics.
• Project & Implementation Support: assist with testing, go-live support, and documentation.
