Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and help clients realize the value of their workforce management investment. You will guide payroll implementations and deliver end-user training.

The role requires 3+ years with UKG Ready (Payroll) and in-depth U.S. payroll compliance knowledge, with opportunities to collaborate across vendors and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll.
• 3+ years advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience); if Associate’s degree, 6+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement the UKG Ready Payroll solution with focus on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Migrate and validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (no direct project management responsibilities).
