Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and guide payroll implementations, focusing on UKG Ready and Kronos Payroll Service. You will translate client needs into system configurations, migrate data, and train end users.

Required are 3+ years of UKG Ready payroll experience and US payroll compliance knowledge, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel may be necessary, and collaboration with vendors is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll
• 3+ years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

• Implement and support UKG Ready solution with a focus on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Migrate and validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones without direct project management responsibilities
