Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with clients and guide payroll implementations across multiple teams. You will deliver UKG Ready solutions, with heavy focus on Payroll, Discovery sessions, data migration, and end-user training.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful outcomes, while aligning with project timelines and risk management. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service.
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement UKG Ready solution focusing on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate into configurations.
• Migrate and validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks and milestones (without direct PM responsibilities).
