Job summary

Improv is seeking a UKG Ready Solution Consultant to join our team in the United States. You will participate in full lifecycle implementations, from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption, translating client requirements into configured Timekeeping, Payroll, and Scheduler solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UKG experience, strong communication, and a track record of delivering client-focused services.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' UKG experience with full UKG Ready implementations.
End-to-end experience with UKG Ready modules: HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduler, People Insights.
Valid UKG Ready Implementation Certifications or UKG PRO WFM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption.
Discover and analyze client business requirements and processes.
Create documentation including audit findings and business requirements.
Translate findings into configured applications (Timekeeping, Payroll, Scheduler).
Lead and participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
Assist with change management and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with Project Managers to meet time and budget goals.
Maintain project management system with tasks and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date UKG Ready knowledge.
