Job summary

Accenture in California seeks an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to help clients maximize their payroll and workforce management investments. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to guide payroll implementations and deliver value across projects.

Focus areas include UKG Ready with Payroll, data migration, discovery sessions, end‑user training and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UKG Ready including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance and regulations
• Experience delivering payroll implementations and client-facing projects

Responsibilities

• Implement and support UKG Ready Payroll solutions
• Lead or support discovery sessions to capture client requirements and translate to configurations
• Migrate and validate data during implementations
• Deliver end-user training and provide process guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct PM responsibilities)
