Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to help clients maximize their workforce management investments. You will partner with cross-functional teams to guide payroll implementations and realize value from UKG Ready.

You will lead discovery sessions, configure payroll systems, migrate and validate data, and train end users. Travel may be required to meet client needs, with opportunities to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on UKG Ready experience including Payroll.
• Minimum of 3 years advanced knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Implement and support UKG Ready payroll with a focus on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate into system configurations.
• Migrate and Validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
