Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and guide payroll implementations from discovery through go-live. You will focus on UKG Ready, Kronos Payroll Service, and payroll configurations, aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.

Travel may be required; the role emphasizes hands-on payroll expertise, data migration, user training, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on UKG Ready experience including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service.
• 3+ years advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance (state regs, best practices).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years' work experience, or 6 years with an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support UKG Ready payroll solutions with focus on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to capture client requirements and configure systems.
• Migrate and validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones without direct PM duties.
