Job summary

Chewy is seeking a UKG Solution Manager to join the Labor Solutions team in the United States. You will serve as the domain expert for UKG configuration and support, covering Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Reporting, Attendance and Accruals.

You will drive implementation of new functionality by translating user needs into effective design and deployment plans. You will partner with business teams to ensure data, configuration and security meet requirements, and contribute to design, testing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of UKG experience.
• Deep knowledge of UKG ProWFM.
• Certifications in UKG modules are a plus.
• Experience with Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Reporting, Attendance and Accruals.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the business process architecture within your defined areas of responsibility.
• Act as primary authority on UKG ProWFM configurations within defined area(s) of responsibility.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with collaborators to turn broad requirements into recommended solutions and deliverables.
• Support feature releases and issue resolution within defined area(s) of responsibility, working with business users, IT, vendors and other support teams to define scope, prioritize, plan and implement system changes and enhancements.
• Document requirements and technical specifications to support our solution landscape and HR and WFM organizational needs for systems implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Develop project plans using data gathered, constraints, and probable consequences.
