CarMax is seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM specialist to implement, test and support timekeeping, attendance and scheduling modules. You will collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into working UKG Pro WFM solutions and integrate with Workday and payroll systems.
The role requires 2+ years’ experience with Kronos/UKG Pro WFM, strong integration skills and a drive to improve business processes. Hybrid work is offered from Richmond Westcreek or Plano Tech hubs.

At CarMax, we are constantly delivering new technology platforms and capabilities to our Associates. In this role you will be supporting business partners who are using the UKG Pro WFM platform for Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Attestation and Advanced Scheduling. You will be on the front line of developing key changes to our UKG Pro WFM platform to offer solutions for our business partners in a variety of modules.
It takes a passion for technology and issue resolution to be successful in this role. The purpose of this role is to develop working solutions for our business partners in the UKG and Kronos platforms so that Associates and CarMax can effectively implement key HR tasks.
This role will be based out of the Richmond Westcreek Corp Office or Plano Tech hub and have a Hybrid work arrangement.
