Job summary

CarMax is seeking an engineer to support UKG Pro WFM, focusing on timekeeping, attendance, accruals, and scheduling. You will work on integrating HR processes and ensuring reliable platform changes across modules with partners like Workday and Payroll.

The role emphasizes problem resolution, requirements gathering, and testing changes in a hybrid work setup at the Richmond or Plano sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM platforms.
• Experience implementing changes in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation and Forecasting modules.
• Experience with Data Hub – Google BigQuery and integration capabilities with HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis and resolution.
• Diagnose, resolve and document application errors.
• Gather requirements, develop and test UKG Pro WFM modules.
• Follow change management processes for changes to production systems.
• Work to integrate HR processes in UKG Pro WFM with Workday/Payroll.
