Job summary

CarMax is seeking an engineer to support UKG Pro WFM, focusing on timekeeping, attendance, accruals, and scheduling. You will work on integrating HR processes and ensuring reliable platform changes across modules with partners like Workday and Payroll.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM platforms.
• Experience implementing changes in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation and Forecasting modules.
• Experience with Data Hub – Google BigQuery and integration capabilities with HR platforms.

In this role you will be supporting business partners who are using the UKG Pro WFM platform for Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Attestation and Advanced Scheduling. The purpose of this role is to develop working solutions for our business partners in the UKG and Kronos platforms so that Associates and CarMax can effectively implement key HR tasks.Qualifications and RequirementsBasic Qualifications2+ years in Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM platformsUnderstanding and experience implementing changes in modules for Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation and Forecasting modules.Experience using, developing and implementing Dell Boomi IntegrationsUnderstanding and development/configuration in the Advanced Scheduling SpaceExperience with Data Hub – Google BigQueryDemonstrate a working knowledge of UKG Pro WFM APIs and webhooks, including integration capabilities and event-driven workflows.Work Location and Arrangement: This role will be based out of the Richmond Westcreek Corp Office or Plano Tech hub and have a Hybrid work arrangement.Associates based in Richmond work on-site 4 days per week.Associates based in Plano work onsite 2 days per weekWork Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
