Provisions Group is seeking a detail-oriented UKG Pro Reporting & Analytics Analyst in the United States. This role focuses on day-to-day reporting, analytics, and system requests, working closely with a Senior Analyst to develop and maintain complex UKG Pro reports.

The ideal candidate combines advanced Excel skills with hands-on UKG Pro People Analytics experience to build reports, automate distribution, and configure alerts, while supporting data-driven decision making and ServiceNow case

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient UKG Pro Reporting & Analytics Analyst to support day-to-day reporting, analytics, and system-related requests while partnering with an existing Senior Analyst. This individual will play an important role in developing and maintaining complex reports, supporting data-driven decision-making, and assisting with UKG Pro reporting and configuration needs.

The ideal candidate combines advanced Microsoft Excel skills with hands-on experience using UKG Pro People Analytics to build complex reports, automate reporting distribution, configure alerts, and perform web imports. Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration is also beneficial. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage requests and work cases through ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reporting, analytics, and data requests in partnership with the Senior Analyst.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex reports using UKG Pro People Analytics.
• Build multi-join reports and apply a strong understanding of data relationships and cardinality, including one-to-one (1:1), one-to-zero-or-one (1:0/1), and one-to-many (1) relationships.
• Configure and maintain burst reporting to support automated, targeted report distribution.
• Develop and manage Event Studio alerts to identify and communicate important events or conditions.
• Perform web imports and support related data loading and reporting processes within UKG Pro.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to analyze, validate, manipulate, and reconcile data.
• Assist with general configuration and support activities within UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Track, manage, and resolve reporting and system-related cases through ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, investigate data issues, and help ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, fulfill requests, and maintain consistent reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis, manipulation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro People Analytics, including the development and maintenance of complex reports.
• Strong knowledge of multi-join reporting and data relationship cardinality, including 1:1, 1:0/1, and 1 relationships.
• Experience with burst reporting and Event Studio alerts within UKG Pro.
• Experience performing web imports within UKG Pro.
• Experience managing, documenting, and working support cases through ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reporting requests accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside a Senior Analyst and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management, including general system configuration and support.
• Experience supporting ongoing HR, workforce, or operational reporting and analytics.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and recurring processes.

Success will be measured by the individual's ability to reliably support daily reporting demands, independently develop and troubleshoot complex UKG Pro reports, deliver accurate data and timely responses, and provide dependable support to the Senior Analyst and broader business.
