Job summary

SCALIS is seeking an HRIS Analyst with deep UKG Pro expertise to support configuration, optimization, and ongoing admin of the UKG environment. You will impact HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT through system configuration, rules, reporting, integrations, data quality, and issue resolution.

The role is hands-on and focuses on system configuration, business rules, reporting, integrations, data audits, and continuous improvement of HRIS processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro to support organizational needs.
• Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, security roles, and org structures.
• Maintain UKG landing pages for employees, managers, and administrators.
• Configure and support document management, People Assist, and self-service functionality.
• Configure and support Open Enrollment, benefit life events, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Serve as SME for UKG Pro and related HR technologies.
• Research new UKG functionality and recommend enhancements.
• Participate in UKG user groups and review release notes for impacts.
• Perform regular audits for data accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decisions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with UKG Support.
• Track issues, identify root causes, and propose long-term fixes.
• Coordinate upgrades and prevent business disruption.
• Configure and troubleshoot middleware, APIs, and integrations.
• Support integrations with Okta, AD, timekeeping hardware, Nectar, and other HR tools.
• Build partnerships with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance.
• Translate requirements into scalable HR tech solutions with governance.
• Provide best practices based on UKG functionality.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and data policies.
