Job summary

Vintage Hill Consulting, LLC is a Raleigh-based HCM consulting firm seeking an experienced HCM Consultant specializing in UKG projects. The role supports remote consultants across the continental United States and involves leading end-to-end implementations, vendor coordination, and client success.

You will work on UKG Pro, Dimensions, and Ready projects with a focus on delivering on-time, on-budget results while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HCM implementation and/or HCM administration experience
• Strong sense of ownership for individual work assignments, team goals, and organization initiatives
• Able to build relationships and influence external and internal clients
• Excellent personal time management skills; excellent judgment in determining priorities
• Persistence: pushes self and others for results, seldom gives up even in the face of resistance or setbacks
• Successful track record of improving client satisfaction
• Effective performance in a work environment that requires hard work with high stress, tight deadlines, and change is embraced as improvement
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Work independently without daily supervision resulting in positive outcomes
• Desire to contribute knowledge, skills, and abilities to help the organization grow (through special projects, blog writing efforts, and any other creative solutions)

Responsibilities

• Lead client teams through end-to-end UKG/HCM implementations via hands-on configuration and testing
• Balance time and energy to serve concurrent clients
• Use knowledge of HCM processes to build and execute a comprehensive client project plan
• Assist clients with vendor management, data conversion, UAT planning/testing, and end-user training
• Apply project management methodology to align, plan, activate, control, and finish projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide tools and information for success
• Identify issues early and propose viable solutions to meet business needs within scope
• Contribute to growth of Vintage Hill’s HCM Delivery Services practice
• Stay current on HCM trends through education and professional networks
