Tolleson Wealth Management is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to manage semimonthly payroll through UKG and administer employee benefits with precision. This role will coordinate with internal teams on payroll funding, invoices, reconciliations, reporting, and audit requests.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, handles confidential information, and provides responsive employee support, with strong Excel skills and experience in benefits administration.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of payroll/benefits experience.
• Hands-on payroll processing using an HRIS or payroll platform.
• Experience administering benefits and reconciling deductions and invoices.
• Strong Excel skills and data reconciliation abilities.

Mansioni

• Process semimonthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review earnings, deductions, benefit elections, reimbursements, PTO, and payroll changes.
• Process payroll events: hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, reimbursements.
• Review payroll registers, funding reports, alerts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate payroll funding with Corporate Finance and reporting.
• Administer benefits programs in UKG, including enrollments and changes.
• Reconcile benefit elections, payroll deductions, vendor invoices, and enrollment records.
• Support annual benefits renewal and open enrollment activities.
• Coordinate retirement-plan deductions and audit documentation.
• Maintain accurate payroll, tax, direct-deposit, deduction, and benefits data.
