Job summary

MW Components, Inc. is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Manager to own the full payroll process and serve as the UKG HRIS administrator. This role ensures accurate payroll administration, compliance with regulations, and optimization of UKG configurations.

You will be a key partner to HR to enhance the employee experience and support HR systems, reporting, and analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with UKG HRIS and payroll processing.
• Experience handling multi-state payroll.
• Experience with at least 1 HRIS implementation including payroll.
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, tax filings, and year-end processes.
• Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Partner with Finance for budgeting and reporting requirements.
• Maintain payroll policies and HRIS documentation.
• Lead HRIS updates, testing, and vendor coordination.
• Deliver HRIS user training and support for payroll users.
