Job summary

MW Components in Illinois seeks a Payroll & HRIS Manager to own the full payroll cycle and serve as the UKG HRIS administrator. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and system optimizations across the organization.

The role partners with HR and Finance to deliver reporting and analytics, drive process improvements, maintain data quality, and support HR technology projects and user training.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full payroll for all employees.
• Administers and configures UKG HRIS/administration tasks.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local payroll regulations.
• Partners with HR and Finance for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, tax filings, and year-end processes.
• Review payroll reports, detect discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Finance to support accounting, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
