Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Analyst, HR Technology - UKG to own configuration, maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement of Leave of Absence and Attendance capabilities. You will partner with Leave Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure accurate configuration and clear process documentation.

Responsibilities include leading UKG Pro Workforce Management modules, building dashboards, supporting testing, and resolving tickets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of HR technology configuration, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with HRIS configuration and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro Workforce Management modules (leave, timekeeping).
• Create and validate UKG dataviews, reports, dashboards, and extracts.
• Collaborate with Leave Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Ops, IT for requirements.
• Support regression testing, UAT, defect tracking, and release readiness.
• Troubleshoot end-user tickets on absence, attendance, accruals, timekeeping.
• Maintain procedures, job aids, and test scripts for UKG processes.
• Analyze issues to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to UKG roadmap initiatives and cross-functional projects.
