Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks a Solution Architecture Specialist – UKG to lead design, implementation, and optimization of UKG Pro Workforce Management and HRIS integrations. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to translate objectives into scalable system configurations that enhance employee experience and business performance.

The role requires deep UKG Pro expertise across Absence, Advanced Scheduling, Timekeeping, Accruals, and analytics, plus hands-on experience with SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and related modules.
• Experience integrating UKG Pro WFM with SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP.
• Experience with SSO and Microsoft Entra ID integrations preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, solution architecture, integrations, and tech implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned HR applications and ensure configuration, updates, and access management.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues, collaborating with users, development teams, and vendors.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to maintain efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation and regularly report on performance and usage.
• Act as SME for module implementations, hosting meetings and workshops.
• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to align integrations with goals.
• Follow SDLC methodologies (Agile/DevOps/Waterfall) for deployments and updates.
• Conduct audits and QA testing to ensure proper function.
