Job summary

RSM is seeking a UKG Director to lead end-to-end UKG consulting services, owning revenue, margin, client satisfaction, and delivery quality. You will drive enterprise sales, oversee engagement management and delivery execution, and scale the practice with repeatable methodologies and top-tier talent.

The role emphasizes commercial outcomes, on-time delivery, and robust governance across complex engagements, with a travel expectation up to 25% across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services for enterprise software, with several years' experience owning revenue, delivery, and client success.
• Demonstrated track record delivering multi-phase programs (global rollouts, complex integrations, change management).
• Experience with Private Equity/M&A advisory and transaction-related services delivery.
• Experience with UKG alliances and ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Own annual bookings and revenue targets; lead the go-to-market plan for UKG services.
• Partner with UKG practice leadership and RSM Business Development to co-sell and expand market presence.
• Drive account-based growth: land, adopt, expand, and renew strategies; build executive relationships for multi-tower engagements.
• Establish and enforce engagement governance; oversee portfolio health and delivery plans; safeguard scope and timelines.
• Build and develop a high-performing team across consulting, architecture, PMO, and managed services.
• Implement KPIs and dashboards; manage forecast, utilization, and margins; drive measurable outcomes.
