Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks an experienced UKG Functional Consultant to provide expert support for UKG Workforce Management within an AMS engagement.

You will transition knowledge, stabilize operations, and continuously improve processes while ensuring timely resolution of functional issues affecting timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and payroll. The role requires hands-on UKG configuration, strong stakeholder collaboration across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors, and a focus on service readiness,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management in enterprise environments.
• Strong functional expertise in UKG WFM business processes and configurations.
• Proven ability to provide L2/L3 production support and AMS engagements.
• Experience handling timekeeping, attendance, accruals, and payroll related workflows.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and production support for UKG WFM solutions.
• Participate in transition and knowledge transfer with business SMEs and owners.
• Perform functional configuration of UKG components and workflows.
• Analyze incidents and perform RCA to determine permanent fixes.
• Support payroll-critical processes including timecard validation and pay-rule processing.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to resolve issues within SLAs.
