Confidential in Boston, MA is seeking a Manager, UKG to join our Advisory Services practice. You will lead UKG implementations, drive process improvements, and deliver data-driven analyses for clients across industries.

The role requires strong technical UKG knowledge, leadership, and traveling as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UKG consulting experience, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and relevant certifications across UKG Pro/Ready/Dimensions.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of recent, relevant experience in UKG Consulting.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Proven expertise, including certifications, in UKG Pro/Ready/Dimensions modules.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to travel as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams for UKG implementations (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Dimensions).
Deliver process improvement and transformation projects for Workforce Management systems using UKGWork components.
Develop high-quality work products with qualitative and quantitative data for client presentations.
Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
