Job summary

KPMG LLP's Advisory Services is seeking a Manager, UKG to join our Advisory Services practice in the United States. This role leads project teams for UKG implementations and drives process improvement using market-leading technology-enabled solutions and analytics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UKG consulting experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of UKG consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Expertise in UKG Pro, UKG Ready and UKG Dimensions products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship expected.
