Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory Services to lead UKG implementation workstreams across Pro, Ready and Dimensions. You will develop and apply project management standards and tools, ensuring high-quality delivery while upholding integrity and professionalism in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a minimum of three years’ UKG consulting experience, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent relevant experience in UKG Consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information technology, or a related field is required.
• Proven expertise, including certifications, in UKG Pro/UKG Ready/UKG Dimensions modules.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
