Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager, UKG to join its Advisory Services practice in the United States. Lead UKG implementations (Pro, Ready, Dimensions) and drive process improvements across operations with analytics and industry expertise.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality client work, strong problem-solving, and professional integrity while traveling as needed and ensuring compliance with US work authorization requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent, relevant experience in UKG Consulting
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Proven expertise, including certifications, in UKG Pro/Ready/Dimensions modules
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for UKG implementations (Pro/Ready/Dimensions)
• Deliver process improvement and transformation projects within Workforce Management using UKGWork
• Develop high quality work products using qualitative and quantitative data for client presentations
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility in the work environment
