KPMG LLP seeks a Manager, UKG to join its Advisory Services practice in the Washington, DC area. You will lead UKG implementations and drive workforce management transformations for clients, delivering high-impact results with analytics and industry expertise.

Applicants should have five years of UKG consulting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent, relevant experience in UKG Consulting.
• Proven expertise, including certifications, in one or more UKG products: Pro, Ready, or Dimensions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for UKG implementations in UKG Pro, Ready, or Dimensions.
• Deliver process improvement and transformation projects within Workforce Management using UKG solutions.
• Develop high quality work products (briefings, status reports, risk logs) for client presentation.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility in all activities.
