Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent, relevant experience in UKG Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Proven expertise and certifications in UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for UKG implementations (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Dimensions).
• Deliver process improvement and transformation projects within a Workforce Management system.
• Develop high quality work products for clients and present findings with data-driven insights.
